Reception (Sept 2020) Open Days – 4th & 5th December
All prospective Reception parents are welcome to join us on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th December, at 9am or 1.30pm each day.
Come along and get a taste of how we teach our Reception pupils at Heartsease. You’ll meet the team, see the school in action and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee too.

Flu Immunisation Programme 03/12/19
Please see letter attached from the NHS regarding the Flu Immunisation Programme which will be carried out at Heartsease Primary Academy 03/12/19 for all pupils, Reception through to Year 6. Please read the letter carefully and log onto the link detailed within it to give your consent/decline the immunisation for your child by 25/11/19.

Back to school – Weds 4th September
We hope you’re all enjoying a fantastic summer holiday, especially with the lovely, sunny weather recently!
We look forward to welcoming the children back to school on Wednesday 4th September, for an exciting term ahead. If you’re new to the school please head to the main reception area where we can meet with you and show you and your child to their classroom.
Any school uniform orders that have been placed during the holidays can be collected from the school office, which will be open for uniform collections on Tuesday 3rd September 9.30-12.30. Any orders not collected by then will be passed to your child’s class for them to bring home on the first day.
Please also remember that if your child would like a school dinner or school packed lunch on their return (and any day thereafter) that this MUST be ordered and paid for in advance online on Parent Pay (at the latest by midnight the day before). Menu available online. (Any new starters/Reception children who don’t yet have log in details for Parent Pay will be able to order with the teacher for the rest of that first week).
